Shanghai, China - Just an hour ago, I've got a pleasant surprise. . .It was my birthday and I was staying at a hotel in Shanghai, China.
As I was resting, a hotel staff called and mentioned they noticed it's my birthday today! And. . . they want to send me a cake for the occasion too!
Phew! Talking about customer service. Now they got me talking as well as blogging too :-)
